Job Title

We are seeking a Process Improvement Lead with expertise in delivering innovations that enhance healthcare quality and patient experience. The successful candidate will drive improvements in cost reduction, service quality, productivity, and learning development.

  • Conduct business process reviews, document processes, and recommend enhancements to stakeholders.
  • Analyze continuous improvement suggestions and lead the process of concluding identified projects.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives related to productivity and service quality within GBS Manila.
  • Develop site-wide training programs focused on Lean Sigma, Project Management, and Service Quality Management.
  • Engage with Process Owners and teams to promote Continuous Improvement and Service Quality initiatives.
  • Evaluate operational challenges, identify underlying causes, and suggest lasting solutions.
  • Enhance customer service, leading to improved Customer Satisfaction Survey scores.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years progressive experience in process improvement and performance measurement projects.
  • Experience in Shared Services / Business Process Outsourcing industry with multinational companies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Knowledge of Excel Macro or Visual Basic Applications programming language is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Knowledge of multinational ERP systems.
  • Experience in fast-paced, team-oriented, matrixed organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with various personnel.
