Key Business Operations Manager Role

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Manager (Sales Operation) to oversee daily operations and lead a team of professionals. This senior-level position requires strategic planning, effective leadership, and collaboration with other departments to support business objectives.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and develop strategic plans.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales operations, with a strong understanding of strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations.
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiencies in data analysis, project management, and communication.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is an asset.
  • Relevant certifications such as Sales Operations Professional (SOP) can be beneficial.
