Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing daily hub operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

The Operations Manager will be tasked with ensuring adherence to established procedures, policies, and regulations. They will also lead team briefings, conduct weekly staff meetings, and regularly assess team performance.

To drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hub, the Operations Manager will implement process improvement initiatives and projects. Additionally, they will assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations, coordinate with agency coordinators to manage and support agency teams, and handle additional tasks related to overall hub operations as needed.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.
  • Experience in e-commerce fulfilment is required.
