Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to liaise between brands and their customers.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing service information and resolving product or service complaints or problems raised by customers.

To excel in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and excellent communication skills. You should also be flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with customers via various channels such as email, phone, and chat.
  • Gathering information about customer concerns, assessing needs, and providing solutions.
  • Making sound decisions balancing internal and external policies that benefit or impact our customers.
  • Evaluating opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our clients and customers.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing environment, either in-person or virtual/remote.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
