Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Officer assists Relationship Managers and Premier Center Heads in handling customers from different business parties, delivering the right solutions, and meeting company aspirations. The incumbent supports Relationship Managers and Premier Center Heads in providing efficient and quality service to customers.

Your Impact:

  • Provides administrative support to Premier Center Heads and Relationship Managers, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Handles customer queries regarding features, benefits, and account management activities.
  • Collaborates with partner branches for synergies via referrals and cross-selling.
  • Refers accounts and provides leads to Premier Center Heads and Relationship Managers.
  • Develops continuous relationship-building initiatives and ensures high-level customer service.
  • Ensures compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Serves as the main contact point for customer support units, ensuring smooth account operations.
  • Collates and transmits documents to processing units and other business units.
  • Liaises with support units on productivity reports and administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a four-year business course or equivalent.
  • At least three years' banking experience, preferably in branch operations.
  • Excellent communication and coalition building skills, with a high level of knowledge and understanding in subject matters.
  • Previous experience in selling investment products or as a Relationship Manager is an added advantage.
