Job Description
- Connecting with customers and understanding their needs in terms of products and services offered by MAYA.
- Visit different areas to promote services and process transactions
- Handles collection call-out for overdue loans
- Enjoy talking to people and building a good relationship with customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and maintaining regular follow ups.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support.
- Submit daily reports on sales activities and progress to your manager.
- Achieving sales target set monthly.
Qualifications
- At least college level
- Can communicate in Tagalog or English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Preferably MALE with a motorcycle
