Key Responsibilities- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence, receiving and directing visitors, and handling incoming calls and documents.
- Coordinate logistics, including meeting room reservations, transportation, and catering arrangements.
- Manage office records and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor building security and access control, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Perform other general office administration tasks as required, including purchasing and procurement.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a pleasing personality.
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred, with knowledge of business and government legalities an asset.
This is a full-time office-based position, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours required.
