Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Admin to join our team at Outsourced Quality Assured Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk presence, receiving and directing visitors, and handling incoming calls and documents.
  • Coordinate logistics, including meeting room reservations, transportation, and catering arrangements.
  • Manage office records and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor building security and access control, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Perform other general office administration tasks as required, including purchasing and procurement.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a pleasing personality.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred, with knowledge of business and government legalities an asset.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time office-based position, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours required.
