Job Description

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be pivotal in enabling the sales team to concentrate on both fostering relationships and propelling revenue growth with clients. You will oversee the management and processing of all chargeable work order requests, ensure prompt and accurate delivery, and provide customers with updates regarding their sales orders.

The role requires proven hands-on experience within a dynamic business and/or commercial administrative role, familiarity with Cradlepoint & Ruckus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
