Main Job Responsibilities
The primary objective of this role is to manage the HORECA business channel in a specified area and drive sustainable growth with key customers.
Main Accountabilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel business strategy for the HORECA segment, focusing on sales growth opportunities within the designated area.
- Create personalized customer growth plans for priority 'win and protect' customers based on identified performance metrics.
- Engage in strategic partnerships with regional key accounts to acquire and retain high-value customers.
- Provide coaching and training to distributor sales teams on territory management, customer development, and solutions selling.
- Lead operations reviews with the HORECA team to set priorities and address issues affecting multi-channel sell-out and execution in the assigned area. Develop targeted action plans and secure necessary resources to bridge performance gaps.
