The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth order booking and follow-ups. This role is central to expanding our commissary services to non-Demetrio's businesses while maintaining strong ties with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development & Growth
  • Identify and open new customer accounts (target: minimum of 9 new accounts with ₱50k+ sales within probation period).
  • Promote DGFS products and commissary items to food service businesses.
  • Support business expansion initiatives by introducing products and services to new markets.

Customer Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate booking.
  • Provide timely updates on deliveries, stock availability, and account status.
  • Conduct regular client visits and relationship-building activities.

Order & Account Management

  • Accurately process orders and coordinate with operations for delivery arrangements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide updates to customers.
  • Follow up on payments and support Finance in managing account receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on invoicing, credit, and overdue accounts.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit weekly sales reports and customer updates.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings (CDO/Iligan).
  • Coordinate with Finance, Inventory, and Operations teams for seamless workflow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cagayan de Oro: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
