Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator

Location: Cagayan de Oro City

What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities):

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and brand compliance
  • Manage inventory and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Coordinate merchandising and displays to drive visibility and impulse sales
  • Lead and schedule staff to maintain productivity and service quality
  • Implement sales promotions and campaigns aligned with seasonal and strategic goals
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to uphold satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze store performance data to guide operational and sales decisions
  • Align logistics and deliveries for timely, accurate stock flow

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in retail and supermarket operations
  • Proven background in inventory control, team supervision, and customer service
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and performance data
