Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Quotation Management: Preparing sales quotations, creating sales orders, and managing the initial sales process for grain processing.
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Overseeing the fulfillment and delivery processing of orders.
  • Procurement & Inventory Coordination: Initiating purchase requisitions (PR), canvassing, and managing stock requests, particularly for items needed for sales orders.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation Support: Monitoring PR activities, telemarketing, and following up on quotations.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Sorts out all customer queries and gives timely response.
  • Sales Program Coordination: Coordinates sales programs and assists in handling/managing them.
  • Contribution to Sales Targets: Performs administrative and sales support duties related to the daily operations of the sales team.

Required Qualification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or technical/agricultural product sales;
  • Basic knowledge of grain processing systems, quotation & sales order processing.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Work location: Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
