Job Description

A CRM Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, digital marketing, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Creation: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that cater to various customer segments, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Email Database Management: Manage subscriber lists, craft compelling email content, and analyze campaign performance to inform future improvements.
  • Automation Setup: Configure automated workflows, including filters, email/SMS messages, time delays, and property profile updates, as briefed by the CRM team.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and design elements to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • HTML/CSS skills for customizing and troubleshooting email templates.
