
Customer Experience Champion

This is a highly challenging and rewarding leadership position that requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.
As the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CHAMPION, you will be responsible for driving customer-centric initiatives across various departments to ensure seamless and personalized experiences for our clients.
You will lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Your key performance indicators will include customer feedback ratings, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and customer acquisition costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase
- Lead teams in analyzing customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements and innovation solutions
- Maintain excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, colleagues, and partners
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- At least 10 years of professional experience in hotel operations, client relations, or other customer-facing environments
- Proven track record of leading service teams and managing third-party vendors
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a drive for continuous improvement
