Job DescriptionOur Digital Marketing Account Managers are client-facing role dedicated to guiding successful marketing campaigns. They educate clients on campaign strategies and processes, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Acting as a vital link between our SEO, blogging, and PPC teams, our Account Managers consistently go above and beyond for our clients, striving for efficient processes. Natural problem-solvers, they are always seeking innovative ways to enhance client support.
Responsible for our most valued clients, our Account Managers are meticulously detail-oriented, ensuring clients achieve maximum return on investment.
Primary Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Lead strategic discussions, conduct regular client calls, and proactively address questions and concerns to ensure a positive client experience.
Strategic Planning & Campaign Oversight: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and roadmaps. Monitor campaign performance across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, content marketing), analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present clear, compelling performance reports that translate complex data into understandable insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Proactively and independently identify and resolve client issues or concerns, escalating complex challenges as needed. Coordinate effectively with internal specialists to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client objectives.
Stay Current: Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of various digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, analytics, conversion rate optimization).
Proficiency with key digital marketing and project management tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, lead tracker, Asana, Ahrefs, etc.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities effectively.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
