Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS products
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills

- Knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
- Ability to learn and navigate new technology quickly
