The role of the Marketing and Business Growth Specialist is to support the Head of Marketing in providing high-quality marketing strategies, copy, content, and administrative support. This includes managing lead databases, verifying information, creating marketing and promotional materials, planning events, and implementing strategic business plans to meet both principal and ITG targets.

Key Responsibilities",

  • ",
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, including go-to-market planning, budget management, data-driven marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing.",
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product development teams, sales teams, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business goals.",
  • Work closely with Practice Heads and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and customer needs.",
  • Establish and implement tracking and analytics tools to measure the impact of marketing efforts on revenue.",
  • Optimize marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback.",
  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer engagement and retention strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.",
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on marketing initiatives and results.",
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and image.",

Qualifications and Skills",

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a Creative Design field.",
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing and business growth.",
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.",
  • Proficiency in creative tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, and marketing software, like Mailchimp and Google Suite.",
  • Social media savvy, with knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.",
  • Experience in event management and B2B marketing is an advantage.",
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.",
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.",
