We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to set qualified meetings and appointments.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Manage your outreach activity in CRM, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine the outreach strategy and messaging.
This role requires 3-6 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting. Key skills include strong research, communication, relationship-building, CRM, outreach platforms, self-motivated, data-driven, and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
