Job Summary:

The position of New Business Lead Generator requires a proactive and results-driven individual to identify, pursue, and qualify new business opportunities for our accounting firm.

  • Develop and execute a strategic database analysis plan to pinpoint high-potential leads based on specified criteria.
  • Conduct in-depth research to gather relevant contact information for decision-makers or owners of target companies.
  • Establish meaningful connections with prospects via LinkedIn and/or email by crafting personalized messages that drive engagement and response.
  • Evaluate the readiness of leads for further conversation and interest in our accounting services.
  • Deliver qualified, engaged leads to management for exploration of our services.
  • Continuously assess and refine the lead generation process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness over time.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in lead generation, prospect research, or sales preferably within a B2B environment.
  2. Strong analytical and research skills to effectively gather and verify key contact information.
  3. Proficiency in LinkedIn and email outreach, including the ability to craft compelling messages that generate interest and engagement.
  4. A self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of initiative—comfortable solving problems and developing independent solutions.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.
