Key Position: Business Growth Associate
This role plays a pivotal part in the sales function, bridging the gap between marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach to potential customers across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business prospects by collaborating with marketing-qualified leads, social networks, and industry events.
- Design and execute strategic campaigns to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads generated from marketing initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts, working to expand the company's product/service offerings.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market and establish contact with potential clients through targeted calls and emails.
- Experience in software sales, preferably with a background selling SaaS products.
- Practical experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Established track record of achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Audiometry as well as clinical management processes.
- Background in the MedTech industry.
