Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Expert to provide top-notch assistance to our customers, partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.


  • Deliver exceptional technical support, including troubleshooting, feature explanation, and best practice guidance for our product.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and alerts.
  • Thoroughly diagnose, address, and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Elevate complex issues to higher-level support teams.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, primarily supporting customers via email and chat.
  • Familiarity with web-based and mobile apps.
  • Experience with SaaS Products - Software as a Service.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Metrics-driven and proven ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions.

Desirable Skills

In addition to the key requirements, it would be beneficial if you have:


  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven ability to work remotely as part of a team and with minimal direction.
  • Working knowledge of log-monitoring software, such as Datadog.
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken.
