
Technical Support Expert

This role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing timely resolutions to customers.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting escalated support tickets via email, chat, or phone
- Investigating technical issues using internal tools and APIs
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams on issue resolution
- Documenting knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Sharing advanced troubleshooting steps and best practices with colleagues
Requirements for this position are:
- At least one year of experience in live chat technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency (secondary languages a plus)
- Ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical audiences
- Experience working across teams and departments
