Job Title: IT Technical Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Technical Expert to support our technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites aligned with business requirements for seamless data flow.
  • Integrate websites with CRM systems and other third-party software tools for efficient data exchange.
  • Implement and customize plugins, APIs, and new features as needed to enhance website performance.
  • Monitor website performance and implement optimizations for speed, security, and SEO to drive traffic.
  • Provide ongoing website troubleshooting, bug fixes, and technical support to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Generate and automate reports from web platforms, databases, and CRM tools for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-optimized and cross-browser compatible for maximum reach.
  • Maintain proper documentation of web systems, integrations, and updates for transparency.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to implement new functionalities and improve workflows.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Assist in managing website hosting, backups, and security protocols to maintain optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, accessibility, and security standards for protected information.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML, Python, and general coding fundamentals for strong technical skills.
  • Basic understanding of backend website structures and CMS systems for effective integration.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup and process automation (Monday.com, Zoho preferred) for streamlined processes.
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn on the job for continuous growth.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users for effective collaboration.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience (recent graduates welcome) for hands-on expertise.
