Workflow Automation Professional

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills?
We are seeking an experienced Workflow Automation Professional to optimize business processes and improve efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing, updating, and automating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Description:

The Workflow Automation Professional will be responsible for:

  • SOP Review & Optimization:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing SOPs across all departments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand current workflows and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Workflow Automation:
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using platforms like Zapier, Integromat, or other similar tools.
  • API Integration & Automation:
  • Develop, test, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, ensuring proper data synchronization between internal and external systems.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all automated processes, API integrations, and updated SOPs.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new automated workflows and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest workflow automation tools, APIs, and best practices.
  • Act as a key resource for continuous process improvement initiatives, helping to implement Lean or Six Sigma principles when applicable.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in workflow automation using Zapier or similar platforms.
  • Experience with designing and maintaining API-based integrations between different business systems.
  • Strong experience in reviewing and optimizing SOPs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including macros, VBA scripting, and complex formulas.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments.
