We are currently seeking a skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis and inventory management, with a background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-volume product environments highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities in inventory management, production planning, and demand management.
  • Reporting: Maintain and configure master data in COGNOS and AX (MRP) to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment.
  • Planning & Execution: Manage DIFOT reporting and analysis across daily to monthly cycles to identify improvement areas, conduct weekly planning, and generate manufacturing batch orders in line with inventory policy.
  • Performance Measurement: Input and adherence to weekly and monthly reporting processes, generate insights through in-depth analysis to support continuous supply chain improvement, and ensure service levels are maintained or exceeded.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, including pivot tables, formulas, and data tracking.
  • Familiarity with Logistics/ERP Platforms: Familiarity with MS Office and logistics/ERP platforms preferably SAP, and Power BI.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across departments.
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
