Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Process Delivery Specialist - Procure to Pay Spanish. This position is responsible for handling various aspects of procurement and payment processes, including vendor master data management, invoice receipt, invoice processing, payments, query management, reconciliation, risk management, month-end closing, travel and expenses, and reporting/analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, with experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients, ensuring daily activities are fulfilled according to timetables, procedures, and business goals. The successful candidate will also be required to deliver services as necessary to meet SLAs and OLAs requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Master Data Management: Create and audit vendor setup requests, complete vendor setup/change maintenance, and perform VMD quality checks.
  • Invoice Receipt: Receive documents from multiple sources, validate, sort, and record receipts, manage exceptions, scan, index, and batch invoices.
  • Invoice Processing: Validate and process invoices based on multiple types and sources, set up and maintain recurring transactions, perform RTVs, resolve exceptions, track invoices, and follow up for resolution.
  • PAYMENTS: Create payment proposals, run payments, execute payments, process manual payments, submit remittance advice, manage payment exceptions, and forecast cashflows.
  • Query Management: Receive and resolve queries, manage escalations.
  • Reconciliation: Receive vendor statements, reconcile, research, and confirm status with vendors, run reports, recover aged debit balances on vendor accounts, reconcile GR/IR.
  • Risk Management: Audit invoices processed and high-value transactions, run duplicate prevention audits, research duplicate payments, and perform recovery activities.
  • Month-End Closing: Reconcile AP subledgers, prepare and review monthly reports, perform exception processing, manage accrual-related reporting, identify, perform, and prepare 1099 reports.
  • Travel & Expenses: Process T&E claims, audit T&E claims, manage and reconcile P-cards, manage and reconcile corporate cards.
  • Reporting/Analytics: Prepare KPI/SLA operational reporting, run predictive analytics reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3.5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or a related administrative role is required.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal Spanish and English languages is required.
