
Sales Process Optimization Leader

Key Responsibilities
- Design and standardize sales processes tailored to each channel, maintaining scalability and efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in current sales operations; implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Lead the implementation of CRM, sales enablement, lead management, and workflow automation tools.
- Define business requirements and user stories for automation solutions; coordinate with Product and Technical teams for delivery.
- Drive user adoption and continuous improvement of sales technology platforms.
- Project and Change Management: lead process change initiatives with a structured approach; manage stakeholders and timelines effectively.
- Develop training programs and materials to support process and system changes.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption in the sales organization.
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales, IT, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing for all sales process and automation needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years experience in sales operations, process improvement, or sales technology roles.
- Proven experience leading automation and digital transformation projects in complex or multi-channel sales environments.
- Experience in fintech, telecommunications, FMCG or enterprise SaaS preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), workflow automation tools, and sales analytics platforms.
