We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and solutions that align with organizational goals and drive performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership teams to implement HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture and support the company's objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring HR initiatives drive organizational success.
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
  • Workforce Planning: Provide guidance on workforce planning, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
  • Talent Management & Development: Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and provide recommendations for career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Employee Relations: Advise and coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Data & Metrics Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights, monitor trends, and inform decision-making.

This role requires a strong ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives, with a key focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement, while fostering a positive employee experience.
