Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market share, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve monthly sales targets
* Conduct regular meetings with Merchandisers to discuss sales performance and product availability
* Identify competitor activities and establish strategic partnerships with Bellwether Accounts
* Assist in the launch of new products and ensure timely stock replenishment
* Monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and review Merchandiser reports
* Conduct fieldwork, submit weekly sales reports, and address account receivable issues
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Proven experience in sales and account management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Proficiency in using sales software and tools
