Job Description

At Gratitude Philippines, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning weekly performance goals and ensuring their timely completion, as well as accomplishing their own strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
  • Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record of success in similar roles. They will be responsible for developing strategic plans for optimized productivity and reviewing and improving organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and creating innovative approaches to improvement.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 150,000 - PHP 250,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in business development and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
