Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, and develop strategic plans for optimized productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished efficiently.
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business objectives.
- Maintain a highly motivational work environment by developing processes, overseeing employees, and creating innovative approaches to improvement.

- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
