At Addmore Outsourcing Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead our business development efforts. This is a work-from-home position that requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing client relationships.

Job Overview:

We are a dynamic outsourcing company looking for a results-driven professional to join our team. As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the outsourcing sector, particularly in areas such as IT, finance, and customer service.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, exceptional service, and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Tailored Solutions: Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and deliver value.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Industry Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Presentation and Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to potential clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in the outsourcing sector.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Outsourcing Knowledge: Strong understanding of outsourcing models and services.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • CMS and Sales Tools: Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Immediate Start: Ability to start immediately.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
