Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to develop and grow partnerships by finding new opportunities, signing agreements, and nurturing existing relationships. As a seasoned business development professional, you will work closely with partners to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Increase sales revenue while expanding our program offerings and retaining existing enrollments.
  • Grow sales through strategic solution selling methods, understanding changing partner needs, and adapting to market trends.
  • Develop and implement program planning and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance enrollment growth through parent meetings, partner events, and other engagement activities.
  • Work with partners to increase re-enrollments and maintain a loyal customer base.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and partners, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate partner needs and identify opportunities to improve relationships and drive business growth.
  • Translate partner needs into actionable plans, working closely with the Service Manager and internal teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve partner issues and overcome challenges.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to partners, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate partner needs and concerns to the Service Manager and other relevant teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Assist in handling and responding to partner complaints, concerns, and questions, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain contract compliance, ensuring all agreements are upheld and exceeded.
  • Coordinate the timely collection of student tuition, streamlining financial processes and reducing potential risks.
  • Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and detailed reports within established timelines, providing valuable insights and recommendations for future growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities, driving business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Promote cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within assigned regions, identifying new avenues for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant sales or partner support experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and make informed decisions.
  • Effective written, verbal, and digital communication skills, with the ability to communicate priorities across all departments and organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate resources and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, including CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 150,000 - PHP 200,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
