Customer Support and Portal Manager

As a Customer Support and Portal Manager at Cyberbacker Careers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales funnel and membership portal. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the sales funnel and membership portal to ensure ease of access for our clients;
- Provide top-notch customer service and resolve any issues that may arise, including password reset and other technical concerns;
- Set up students with access to the portal and provide general assistance with navigating the website;
- Conduct regular checks on the website's features to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary;
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- You must have a good command of the English language and be at least 18 years old;
- A headset with noise-canceling features and a high-definition webcam are essential for this role;
- A reliable internet connection (10 Mbps DSL/Fibr) is also required;
- Your device should meet the following specifications: Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent, Windows or Mac, at least 8GB of RAM, and 60 GB of free hard disk space.
