Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for managing a large contact center team, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency, and quality. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive business objectives and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Manage staff assignments based on business needs, including hiring, training, and resource planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
