This position involves providing essential support to the legal team in managing internal records, scheduling, and client conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and complete internal records.
- Coordinate training sessions for staff members and ensure that training programs are well-organized and communicated effectively.
- Prepare fortnightly schedules and reports, including tracking progress on key initiatives and summarizing operational activities.
- Track and manage client conflict resolution efforts, including recording issues, monitoring resolution progress, and ensuring that conflicts are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
- An associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role.
- Experience in operations support, record management, or client service is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance are a plus.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
