Job Summary

The role of People Operations Coordinator is a critical position that supports the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone in the organization.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.

Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes.

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Ensure rigorous QA processes for all data entry tasks.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive, keeping documents up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keep the People Ops playbook up to date with documented processes and links.

Employee Relations

  • Zendesk triage with a 24-hour response time across tickets.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.

This role requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a global team spanning multiple locations.
