Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager- EXCOM level, at Medilines Distributors Incorporated, located in Pasig (Warehouse) and BGC, Taguig (Corp./Sales Office). The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, so as Admin for Office Management. Key tasks include managing recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves strategizing HR initiatives for organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Policies
  • Strong Organizational and Leadership Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or with MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources - Management Level
