Senior HR Generalist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting HR operations, advising employees and managers on HR policies, and supervising HR team members to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to support business objectives.
  • Supervise and support HR team members in daily operations including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with department heads to address strategic people management issues, drive business results, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage confidential data, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead HR projects such as policy updates, training programs, process improvements, and report analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to inform business strategies and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
