Our organization seeks a skilled HR Associate to provide support to employees and managers at a regional or cluster level.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supports managers and employees with questions and concerns related to HR processes and policies.
  • Resolves queries within agreed service levels by managing the resolution process efficiently.
  • Provides accurate responses to queries on the first attempt.
  • Effectively manages queries through the case management system.
  • Escalates queries in a timely manner to the correct point of contact.
  • Prepares employees' documents, such as offer letters, contracts, bonus letters, and termination letters.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources teams to resolve policy-related questions and issues.
  • Provides feedback to CoE's on consistent policy questions and issues.
  • Supports the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Encourages the use of self-service tools and portal by all employees and managers.
  • Works closely with other Service team members and HR Consultants and Business Partners, forwarding cases related to data management to the responsible HR point of contact.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR Employee Services/HR Shared Services or as an HR Generalist.
  • Knowledgeable in HR Ticketing systems, HRIS/database application programs, case management, data analysis, and interpretation, as well as HR and Process knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, or other management courses.
  • Strong skills in Problem Solving, Customer Services, Time Management, Prioritisation, Attention to Detail, Influence, and Teamwork/Collaboration.
