We're seeking an experienced HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST (Amusement Company).
Salary: 40k (neg)
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
Administer benefits, compensation, and leave policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Maintain accurate records, manage HR systems, and perform other HR-related tasks.
Ideal candidate must possess the following:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
