Job Title: Lead Generation SpecialistDescriptionAs a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective clients, gathering information on their needs and budget, and scheduling appointments with the sales team.
To excel in this position, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with clients effectively, and strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records of calls and lead information in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information on their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and lead information in our CRM system.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets set by management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize results.
- Proven experience in a lead generation or telemarketing role, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Avaya IP Office 500 Engineers or similar telephony systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
