**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Strategist

Duraville Realty & Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This key position plays a vital role in driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

About the Role:

  • Foster strong relationships with sales network partners, facilitating project knowledge seminars and trainings.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct research, and develop marketing programs for sellers and buyers.
  • Conceptualize and execute events, exhibits, and other marketing activities to drive business results.
  • Monitor sales productions and ensure target achievement for DGC projects.
  • Motivate subordinates to perform tasks that align with company goals and conduct performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Network Management: Facilitate project knowledge seminars and trainings, expand the sales network, and maintain good relations with sales network partners.
  2. Marketing Program Development: Develop and evaluate marketing programs for sellers and buyers, analyze data from reports, and recommend interventions when necessary.
  3. Event Planning: Conceptualize and arrange events, exhibits, and other marketing activities to promote business growth.
  4. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations of subordinates to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of motivating teams.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
