The primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for clients is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, driving client retention and growth, and enabling offshore staff to perform at their highest potential.

This role ensures deep, strategic client relationships, proactive issue resolution, and measurable impact on monthly recurring revenue and retention.

Clients rely on this role to help them overcome cultural, technical, and logistical gaps between their teams and the offshore team.

Responsibilities">
  1. Develop and maintain deep, strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals, anticipating needs, and proactively delivering solutions that drive measurable results.
  2. Partner with clients to maximize offshore team performance through coaching, clear performance frameworks, and engagement strategies that improve retention and productivity.
  3. Support clients in growing and developing their offshore teams through support in performance management and identifying training and development programs.
  4. Monitor relationship and performance indicators to identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
  5. Lead resolution strategies that protect client satisfaction, maintain operational continuity, and strengthen trust.
  6. Design initiatives that foster positive workplace cultures, helping teams stay engaged and aligned with client outcomes and team retention.
  7. Collaborate with current clients to understand their talent needs and develop strategies for expanding their offshore teams efficiently.
  8. Ensure all offshore team operations comply with relevant HR, payroll, and benefits requirements.
Success Criteria">
  1. Grow and retain monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of the account by proactively identifying and delivering value-adding opportunities.
  2. Improved retention of high-performing offshore staff, driven by strong HR management, development programs, and positive workplace cultures.
  3. Achieve high client satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional quality service and operational success and strategic HR value through effective team management and employee engagement initiatives.
  4. Create and deliver timely, data-driven performance reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Strong relationship management and building skills - proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts without losing depth of engagement.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional contextual thinking - can connect details across conversations, issues, and performance data.
  • Strong commercial acumen - understands drivers of client revenue and retention.
  • Strong and effective communications skills, both written and verbal. Must be fluent in the English language.
  • Has a good sense of cultural sensitivity - able to navigate and bridge cultural differences, fostering understanding and collaboration between clients and offshore teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
