
Senior Business Growth Specialist

This key position is responsible for driving business growth through sales and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, prospecting, and strategic outreach.
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term revenue-generating clients.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new segments.
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business development goals and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align go-to-market efforts and client solutions.
- Negotiate partnership and client contracts to maximize value for both parties.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Conduct client meetings, pitches, and presentations to showcase the company's products/services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to maximize retention, upsell opportunities, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships with 2 yrs experience in leadership.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client management, and B2B or B2C markets (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding business development targets and growing revenue.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office, and market research platforms.
