Job Title: Category Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Category Growth Specialist to join our team.

As a Category Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our product category. Your primary focus will be on creating and executing strategic plans to increase sales and revenue.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion of our product category
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans and initiatives
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align on business objectives and goals
  • Providing regular progress updates and insights to senior leadership
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, management consulting, or a related field (e-commerce experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
