As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, e-commerce, or brand development, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves managing a portfolio of newly onboarded shops on our platform, serving as the main point of contact for assigned brand partners during their incubation period, and supporting them through the 12-week incubation program. You will be responsible for setting up product listings, ensuring compliance with branding and marketing standards, and educating brands on available growth programs and marketing tools.
The successful candidate will monitor and report on performance metrics such as average daily orders, average daily gross merchandise value, monetization rates, and utilization of platform benefits. They will also coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing packages chosen by incubating brands, set up promotional freebies, and track milestone completions to ensure program effectiveness.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will regularly collect feedback from brand partners to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and enhance the incubation experience.
To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least two years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or brand development. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of up to 30 newly onboarded shops per month on the platform.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brand partners during the incubation period.
- Support and guide new brands through the 12-week incubation program.
- Assist with setting up product listings and ensuring compliance with branding and marketing standards.
- Educate brands on available growth programs and marketing tools, both on-site and off-site.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics such as ADO (Average Daily Orders), ADGMV (Average Daily Gross Merchandise Value), monetization rates, and utilization of platform benefits.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing packages chosen by incubating brands.
- Set up promotional freebies and track milestone completions to ensure program effectiveness.
- Regularly collect feedback from brand partners to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and enhance the incubation experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or brand development preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
