Senior Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Insights Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in providing end-to-end analytics support to the Sales organization, working across multiple departments to drive business growth and improve performance.

About the Role:
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive business decisions based on data analysis
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to monitor sales operations and assess periodical performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing processes and develop new management tools
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or finance analytics
  • Strong understanding of how marketing programs relate to sales functions and performance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
