Job Description

As a key player in our HR function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to employees and stakeholders alike. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless execution of HR processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing empathic and customer-focused experiences for all employees.
  • Supporting employee inquiries, offering high-level customer service and driving innovation in our people operations backbone.
  • Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding to offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Coordinating HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Ensuring rigorous quality assurance processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.
  • Developing automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Triage of employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
