Human Resources Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role will involve ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while providing advice and support across all facets of the Human Resource Department.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and be able to analyze market trends to optimize the utilization of benefits and compensation.
  • They will also be responsible for devising and implementing proactive HR initiatives, including employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating, implementing, and overseeing the company's compensation and benefits programs
  2. Oversight of Human Resources projects and HR Information Systems/databases
  3. Collaboration with the Human Resource Manager to ensure proper handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (Psychology, Business, or any related educational field)
  • At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions
  • Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of identifying and proposing solutions to HR issues
  • Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards
